ABOUT THE POSITION
Our client is one of Sweden's major banks, and we are seeking a Customer Service Representative on their behalf. In this role, you will be part of their department that handles customer advisory for their Private Customer Service, which is part of Customer Relations. You will work at the office in Stockholm and sit together with colleagues from both customer service and other departments in an open landscape. Customer service employees are also located in Linköping, Gothenburg, and Malmö.
At our client, a positive and open culture is important, which permeates the entire team and its tasks. The assignment extends over 6 months, with good chances of extension if all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. We are looking for someone who can start on 24/2 for a mandatory introduction period.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries from private customers primarily via phone, also includes face-to-face customer interaction
- Work and navigate in various systems and with goal management for key figures
- Proactive needs analysis to offer added value to customers
- Actively work with self-service in every customer contact
- Contribute new ideas and suggestions that generate a more efficient working method
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has completed high school education
- Has an interest in banking and finance
- Has good system and data skills
- Has previous relevant work experience in service and administration
It is an advantage if you have
- Work experience in customer service towards private customers
- Completed higher education, preferably in a relevant field
- Experience from banking
Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or self-learning.
